The right Mac keyboard is an important part of the whole Apple experience.
I mean if you don’t like the feel of the keys – you won’t have fun computing.
I have had the opportunity to use a variety of Apple’s offerings over the past few years – and I have to say that my favorite is the current Mac wireless keyboard
that is on the market.
It is sleek and lightweight – it pairs easily with many devices including my iMac, my old MacBook Pro and my iPad, and typing has a nice clicky feel which I find to be comfortable and pleasing.
The only downside/upside for some is that it does not have a numeric keypad, depending on how you look at it.
In my past life I was an accountant – so I feel for those who like the numbers. In fact, on our older iMac computer I was adamant about having the keypad feature – and actually chose the wired keyboard and mouse instead.
This worked out fine – but there are truly so many wires cluttering up my desk that when I upgraded I chose the wireless version. And honestly – I have never looked back. And the fact that it works with my iPad is definitely a plus.
This Mac keyboard runs on two AA batteries – which last me about a month (and I never turn it off). It pairs with my Apple computer via bluetooth very easily.
Here is a site that has lots of information about different types of computer keyboards – to help you make the right choice.
